THE CITI' REACTION TO THE FACT THAT IT'S A FINANCIAL THREAT HAS BEEN A BUDGET CONSERVATIVELY. WE HAVE TWO CONSERVATIVE PIECES. WE HAVE 75% GOES TO THE CURRENT. THAT MAKES US NOT HAVE TO WORRY SO MUCH IF THERE'S A RECESSION. WE ALSO PUT ASIDE THE MONEY THAT WE THINK WE WILL LOSE IF WE LOSE THE LAWSUIT. SO FAR WE HAVEN'T BEEN LOSING IT.
