SO, WITH THAT, IN SUMMARY WHAT WE ARE ATTEMPTING TO DO IS FIRST, REVISE THE PROCEDURES AND CONTENT ASSOCIATED WITH THOSE UTILITY COMPANIES AFTER OUR FOUR MONTHS OF COORDINATION WITH THOSE ENTITIES AS PART OF THE AUTHORIZATION OF RECORDING A PLAT.

THIS IS THE CHECKS AND BALANCES. I HAVE ECHO HERE DON'T I? THE OTHER THING THAT IT DOES, IT AMENDMENTS ARE DOING IS ALLOWING CONVEYANCE PLATS TO BE PART OF OR WITH FINAL PLATS AND REPLATS.

THE ONES THEY ARE NOT READY TO DEVELOP YET THEY CAN CONVEY AS A FINAL PLAT OR REPLAT.

FINALLY, WE ARE REQUIRED NOTES ON THE FINAL PLATS AND REPLATS BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO DEVELOP A PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY, THE ONE THEY ARE SUBDIVIDING OFF, WE NEED TO ADD A NOTE TO INDICATE THEY HAVE TO COME BACK AT A FUTURE MEETING OR FUTURE SUBDIVISION TO ESTABLISH THE EASEMENTS AS PART OF IT DEVELOPMENT WHEN IT COMES ONLINE.

THAT NOTE WOULD BE ADDED. FINALLY, WE MADE MINER MODIFICATIONS TO THE HOME OWNER AGREEMENT NOTES.

WE ARE ONE OF THE FEW CITIES IN THE METRO PLEX THAT HAS THAT STEP.

I WILL GET OVER A MOMENT WHAT WE ARE PROPOSING.

THE CITY SIGNS THE PLAT AFTER THE SIGNATURES ARE THERE.

WHAT WE ARE PROPOSING TO DO IS P & Z APPROVE WITH STIPULATION, UTILITIES NOW ARE REQUIREMENTS TO BE INSTALLED BUT IF THEY ARE CONVEYING IT AND INSTALL IT LATER.

THE UTILITY COMPANIES AND STAFF REVIEW THOSE PLATS TOGETHER AFTER ALL THE INFRASTRUCTURE IS PUT IN, BUT BEFORE FILED AND WHAT UTILITY COMPANIES WANT ARE LETTERS.

IT IS HARD TO SEE THE ONES YOU JUST APPROVED BEFORE, BUT ESSENTIALLY ALL OF THEM HAVE A UTILITY SIGNATURE BLOCK. THAT'S WHAT IS CURRENTLY REQUIRED ON THE PLAT. WHAT WE ARE PROPOSING THAT IS REMOVED FROM THE PLAT AND INSTEAD THE APPLICANT HAS THE AUTHORIZATION LETTER FROM EACH OF THE UTILITY COMPANIES. THAT'S ESSENTIALLY WHAT WE ARE

THE SOLUTION IS UTILITY COMPANIES PROVIDE THE LETTERS OF AUTHORIZATION, THE PLAT YOU HAVE IS OKAY, THE CIVIL ENGINEERING PLANS YOU HAVE ARE FINE.

WE ARE SATISFIED WITH WHERE THEY ARE.

THEY GET AN AUTHORIZATION LETTER.
